my jigsaw mania is showing a red question mark on a white background instead of the picture. i hhad to reinstall my computer and now it simply is no longer working. how can i get it to work again? since i own a lifetime license, is there any place on the internet to download the game again?

help, please. yesterday jigsawmania worked perfectly. today, it refuses to work at all. i click on the 12 and it just goes back to the screen where i choose the puzzle.

The web version is only available as the free version, but if you email us at support@wallpaperfusion.com, we can send over an installable Pro version, since you've already purchased it on other platforms.

The Pro tag shows up if you own a DisplayFusion Pro license

I was finally able to log in to the browser app when I changed my password to eliminate all special characters. But now when I try to work a "hard difficulty" puzzle, I get the message, "Sorry, you must upgrade to JigsawMania Pro to play on hard difficulty". I already own the Jigsaw Puzzles+ app on my Mac and Jigsaw Mania Pro on my Android phone. I'm not sure how to upgrade in order to work hard difficulty puzzles on the browser version. Also, I'm wondering what is required for a user to be listed as "pro" on Wallpaper Fusion.

it is the computer app- not from the store- from the site when it was possible to download it directly from the site and not go through the windows store. it worked until a couple of days ago, then it claimed i am offline. i logged out hoping to log back in, but now it won't recognize my login. so it is neither of the ways you are thinking- it is the actual game from the site

the game. it won't recognize my login. keeps telling me to create a new one. when i hit that button, it goes to my profile on the internet- but still tells me my login is invalid.

We're not taking the ability to play on PC away at all. I'm able to login without any issues. Are you using the game in your web browser, or the app from the Windows Store?

i can't log in on my jigsaw fusion. it claims i am offline and won't recognize my login. i DON'T play on an android and DON'T WANT to play on an android. i OWN a computer - not an android. are you trying to say that the program i bought will no longer be available to me? you should be adding to my experience - not taking away from it. please help me get logged back in. the program just started having problems today.
